Unless expedited shipping* is requested, Western CPE ships all self-study courses UPS ground. Orders received Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM mountain time will ship the same day. Ground orders may take up to 7 business days to arrive (adverse weather may cause delays). UPS will not deliver to post office boxes; therefore, a physical address is required.

*Western CPE ships back orders UPS ground regardless of shipping method requested at the time of initial order. Back order arrival dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If you are facing time constraints due to an impending CPE deadline, please consider a self-study course that is in stock.

In-House Training Clients: Unless expedited shipping is absolutely required, Western CPE ships all In-house Training course materials UPS 3-day air to the client's designated shipping location specific to each training engagement.
